Teachers Speak Out: How did the two hour delay affect your schedule?
Jonathan Peachey, Spanish:
“Well, I was able to spend more time planning for my kids’ day. Nearly half the kids where gone, so we did a speaking activity.”
Monica Emerick, Social Studies:
“I got to sleep in!”
Clark Hoss, Social Studies:
“It was not a huge impact. It’s nice that it was a block day. Taking two hours off four classes is better, though it’s hard to get what you have planned done.
Ann Breyne, Photography:
“We have a field trip tomorrow. Because it’s a semester class, we won’t be able to reschedule.”
